Down Imaging uses the SI Frequencies 455 or with HDSi Transducer on 898c, 997c, 998c or 1197c, 1198c offers 800 kHz. I use the 455 kHz.


2D Sonar Frequency:
Switchfire Mode: Max for Vertical Fishing and Water over 10', Clear Mode when I want to see fish only
Sensitivity: Varies per conditions and which Mode I'm using
Transducer Type: 200/83kHz combined is best for most coverage area.

Would you suggest these settings for a DI only unit?

Here are couple of pictures from today. Doug this was a Higginsvillle near the dam. Is the remnants of the old dam? It was too windy to hold position an fish. Are there fish in the image?

I haven't spent much time on it since they charge to fish. But looks like Rock Ridge or Road they might have built to build the dam???

Yes, the city lake. Had a fun day too.

The lake was very stained. Are the white specks all over debris or fish of some sort?

Most look like debri not suspended but there are a few fish there.
