I (DREWTICK) have the Ramp Permit approved for October 6th 2018, also there will be Prizes, like Hats, and Shirts, Prizes will go to winners and some will be Raffled. We are also looking into Trophies or Plaques made special if we can raise a few $ along the way.

ABA regional that weekend on Norman should be around 150 boats. Good thing it’s a big lake

yep luckily I got a permit for Pinnacle when I did, there was a lot of tournaments every weekend, ABA going out of Blythe, maybe half will stay on that end

OK guys the Days Inn of Mooresville is expecting us that weekend, they are 10 minutes from the ramp going and 20 minutes back due to traffic. if you are pre fishing get to the ramp early there is a school between the hotel and the ramp. This a simple hotel/motel, outside rooms, back up to the door and run cord under the door, there is a over flow parking lot also, there is also a Quality Inn across the street in front of Walmart, never stayed there but see a lot of boats there, if you want something on a higher end there are plenty with inside rooms and limited parking, we have stayed at this Days Inn for more than 20 years with no issues.

We plan on arriving on the 4th to fish the lake on the 5th for practice and to find our way around. This will be our first time fishing Norman. Does the ramp have a name so we can get to the right one? Do I need a permit or is there a cost for using the ramp on the 4th? Looking forward to the fishing down there.
