23p Tempest hole shot help

2017 Z18 150 4S , 8" Slidemaster Dual 10' talons

between 2.5 & 2.75" on P2p
running between 61 & 61.5 VesselView & gps
hole shot 6 seconds with 3 small PVS plugs
went to 1 small 2 solid bogged bad, went to 1 small to open blew out. Didn't have any other plugs at the time
now I have all 4 styles, what would u try
or I'm i at the best to be be expected

best hole shot was 4 seconds at 3.5" p2p & 3 large plugs , speed was only 58 mph

The lower ptp is contributing to loss of speed not plugs. Generally holeshot picks up as you go up with the motor. I’d try back at 2.75 with 3 large plugs.

I have dual Talons and have been struggling with my setup. I raised my Talons as high as they would go, yet still have both tightening screws in the tracks and what a difference. May want to check yours.
