I've got a few muskie rods I'm wanting to get retrofitted with revolution reel seats. Anybody know any rod builders that they could recommend? I live in Elburn.

I live in South Elgin but honestly it's probably going to cost more than it'd be worth. It'd have to be stripped to put on the seat so that's $15/guide right there to strip and re-wrap. Getting the old seat off and putting on the new one would be $25 plus the cost of the seat, would probably have to put a new grip on too so probably another $15 plus the grip (a 15" cork grip is $36).
Getting off an old seat is tricky, have to use a dremel with a cutting wheel and run the risk of hitting the blank.
