Just wondering where guys are mounting their DI/SI ducers on their boats. Seems most of the bass boat guys do it on the Jack plate, or dead center of the hull, I can’t do that because my motor will hit it when trimmed down. Just wondering what others have done
on my Pro-V Bass I have it mounted on the transducer mounting board on the right side, to get a full readout on the left side with the SI you may need to trim up a little. I have a jackplate so it has a little more clearance to get the left side image without too much hassle. I've seen people mount SI transducers on both sides which also solves that problem.
