Looks like it will be. F3 will have about 150 boats on Truman. And we'll take up 99% of the resorts on Truman.

    Premiere?
Awe hell, guess that means I'm out.

    $40 dues
    $130 entry fee

    What's anticipated Boat #'s ????

No payout % posted except Big Bass......

Just saying, largest Tournament Series on TRL is 100% payback, $15 dues, $35 minimum entry $65 maximum, and paid more in Championship than Joe Bass did.
And it's weekly from April thru September. Affordability is the key to longevity and turnout, big entry fees limit your field and reduce overall payouts.
I don't have dog in this, I wish you the best of luck Tracy, I want to see you succeed at this, but I think this format is setup for failure just as the others identical to the one here.
    20'7" & 300XS, and NO, I don't know how fast it is

It would be hard to pay expenses with 100% pay back I would think.
It seems the circuits with low entry fee's are struggling to get boats at LOZ more so than the higher entry fee tournaments.
What is the entry fee in AIA? They seem to draw pretty well at LOZ .

The TRL Circuit has sponsors who pickup tab for COE Permits, Big Bass of the Year, Big Sack of the Year 4 & 5 fish limit, all dues go into 2 day championship pot, 1st out the money War Eagle spinnerbaits (4 I think.) Too many other goodies to list; rods, lures, boat accessories etc.
The tournament director busts his asz, and the tournament is about the guys who fish.
AIA didn't due well here after an incident, I know why, and I'm not going to defamation terms on this board.

What's wrong with a $130 entry fee? Need to be able to fish for something. You save money by the idea of being able to trailer and start wherever.

Every week 1st place & Big Bass & Side Pot all together, you hit the Grand Slam it would be well over $1,200 probably closer to $1,500.

This ain't a Fruit Jar, average weekly turnout in 2013 was 43 boats.

I have an Opti, fuel mileage not an issue for me. With this 300XS from Kimberling City at daybreak I can be anywhere on TRL in under 20 minutes and burn less than 10 gallon.

I hope this is a winner for the LOZ guys, only time will tell.

Let me voice my opinion on this through the summer only these are day tournaments correct! If you are fishing LOZ one day Truman the next right!
I don't know if it is a safe idea to fish summer day tourneys on LOZ mid May through mid September. I assume that you guys have been on LOZ during the weekend on a nice day stupidity takes place by very large ships that just cruise around making the lake a bath tub. FLW has finally moved their super tourney to the end of September to avoid this and they have another in March. Please take some more thoughts on this matter your anglers will thank you!

there is alot of lake to fish where the big boats wont travel. this might keep the release fisherman from fishing the PB2 area and actually having to find fish

I agree for the most part. I might give the April or May dates a shot but the rest of the dates are not something I'd be interested in. That's just me though.

the weigh in site for the LOZ has not been determined yet but with the ability to go and start where ever you like you choose your what part of the lake you want to fish . so if the main lake is to rough go up the river to warsaw drake harbor or browns bend larry gale , all are far enough up that most of the boat traffic is tolerable but in my experience on the LOZ you never escape the big boats .we are still working with a boat sponsor but the deal is not finalized yet but we hope to have the deal done in the next couple weeks. we are still fine tuning things for the trail and some changes will occur for the best .

Premier Anglers Tournament Trail boat sponsor is Legend Boats . The trail will be listed on thier contingensy program as well as provide a certificate towards the purchase of a new Legend Boat at the classic.
