    Thanks Don. I just ordered the plugs, now I hope the lower 2 come out and go in with lil drama.

    They will go in with no drama if you pull the lower cowls. For me, it is not worth the extra aggravation and potential for cross threading one of those lower plugs AND it's a great time to remove and clean the water strainer which you cannot do with the lower cowls on.

    In addition, good idea to use a 12-13" piece of FUEL LINE to thread the spark plugs back into the head (fit fuel line over the end of the plug before installing). This helps to prevent CROSS-THREADING.
