    Smartcraft water pressure addition

What would be needed to change from a mecanical PSI gage to a Smartcraft electric gage? Have the Smartcraft tach allready. Thanks Jeff S.

If you are already showing water pressure on the Smart Tach:

-Add a System Link Gauge for water pressure.

If you are NOT already showing water pressure on the Smart Tach:

-Recofigure the settings in CAL 1 of the Smart Tach to show water pressure
-Add a System Link Gauge for water pressure.

And of course, if you remove the analog gauge, it's a good idea to disconnect the water pressure line at the back of the engine (eliminating the "tee" which is down low at the back inside the engine cowling, so as to run the gray line straight from the block fitting to the digital "block pressure" (or water pressure) sensor.

Yes I am reading water pressure on the Smartcraft Tach. I was curious if I needed a harness as well as the water pressure gauge. Thanks Jeff S.

Check your System Tach's harness... there should be a "three pin plug" marked "System Link".

This would plug directly into the System Link water pressure gauge- and any remaining System Link gauges you add would simply "daisy-chain" from gauge to gauge.
