Question How do I export waypoints in my unit to an SD card?

How do I export waypoints in my unit to an SD card?

Exporting waypoints is quite easy. Please follow these steps:

    1. Power on your unit
    2. Insert an unlocked SD card into a card slot on your unit. We do not recommend using pre-programmed a map card for this task.
    3. Press the menu button twice
    4. Right cursor to the Nav Tab
    5. Scroll down to Export All Nav Data
    6. Right cursor and select Yes to confirm save tracks, waypoints and routes.
    7. Remove the card from the card slot.

.....ok, im doing this but "Export All Nav Data" does not show up? Any suggestions?

Sounds like your unit does not like the data card you are using. I'd reformat the card and try it again.

Are you using an SD card? What size?

[menu] [menu] [nav tab] [waypoints routes tracks] [select all and] [export]

The procedure changed with the addition of the waypoint management module.

I wish I read this post earlier today. I thought I was going crazy I could not figure it out and have been using birds since 06. I glad someone posted the new way.
