    Toledo Bend Water Temp.

Anyone got a good URL for Water Temp on TX. lakes? Going to TB second week of March and was wanting to keep track of water temp.
Can get good info on lake level but cant find good Temp. info. Any other TB info would be nice also. Staying down at south end neer Dam Tx. side.
    Tnx in advance...

You might try the TPWD site for weekly fishing report. They will give the water temp. Not sure how accurate it is or what part of the lake the reading is coming from. Here is a link to the site. Current Fishing Reports

With the length of that lake (80+ miles) There will be fish in spawn at the dam when they are just starting to stage up in the north areas of the lake. Water temps will definitely have a good range from the upper end to the lower end.
You will find some good fish no matter where you go right now

North end of the lake water temps warm up quicker than south end by a couple degrees. Sunday at noon reached 59 near bridge. I expect temps to remain the same or maybe drop a few degrees this week.

The north end has already been doing it. I know of several 7 & 8 pounders caught in the past few week in 2 ft and less water.

    Toledo Fishing Reports Bend

Trouble is that the temp can be very different from the north end of the lake to the south end.
