Are old BASSMASTER magazines worth anything?

I found a stack of my old BASSMASTER mags, some as old a 1972. I also found a 25th anniversary issue from 1992. Do these have any value? In addition there is a book called "Bass Wars" that I read years ago. I remember it to be an interesting read. One of the characters it focused on was Randy Moseley. Is he still around?

Wow,look at that rig on the front cover of the first mag. Can't believe people actually caught fish out of something like that since it didn't cost 50 grand, have side imaging, gps, power poles and bama rigs hangin off every ole glass rod in it.

I have every one for every year as far back as 1973. They take up a lot of storage space.

Those are early. I have every issue from 1983 till last year..It's pretty cool to look back at some of the old ads and the products as well as techniques..

I've got the first one and many more through the years. Got many other fishing magazines as well all stored away in boxes. I started keeping them years ago and the ones I buy today I still keep them.....

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, maybe to a collector you might get some value onn the old ones.

If it's not, it's within sight of it. That is an old one. Would like about an hour on the crapper with that mag!

If anyone has the 2003 Bass Boat Guide BassMaster magazine they don't want, I'll take it.

And, 40 years from now, someone will be wondering how we caught fish with rigs so primitive that they only had side imaging and GPS, with a measly 250 horse outboard, and cost as little as 50 grand.

Who wants to bet that the bama rig goes down as the next helicopter lure?

Kinda makes you wonder what the future holds for us, as I'm sure back in '72, they were wondering how the guys in rowboats, using bamboo rods w/steel eyelets back in '32 caught fish.

Does this issue have the Skeeter boats in it, and Reeves marine and the first electric trolling motor?
Do you have any mags with the original 1948 wood Skeeter boat in them?
I am wanting to buy them, thanx, Doyle

Great magazine back in the day. Truly enjoyed it. Now it would not even make a good firestarter.
