Good, I will send my hysterical wife to you if anything happens to her baby girl.
She's actually a pretty cool little dog, I didn't think I would like her when we got her because I've never been much for little dogs, but she's a good little dog. And my wife is very attached to her because we got her right after we got married and my wife moved away from all of her family and friends so her little dog was her baby for a long time until she started making some new friends. That is why nothing happens to princess Zoey as my wife calls her.

Yes hawks will attack dogs. Also saw a Muskie take down a dog and a full size Canadian goose on different occasions. Another thing to worry about with all dogs are Coyotes. They are now just about everywhere.

Instead of killing the hawk maybe you should string some line across your yard to discourage him flying into the area.

Got me thinking a pet hawk might be a good idea to keep the hole jumpers off while fishing..

I let my Yorkie out last week to pottie and after a few minutes noticed a hawk sitting in a tree right above it. I didn't take any chances and walked towards it and it flew off.

I still can't figure out why they are still protected? Red Tails are like Robins anymore, see them everywhere.

Times would have to be really hard in the Hawk world for one of them to mess with a 10lb anything.

It's a Federal felony. The guy who shot one of my birds had a heart attack and died in the courtroom when they found him guilty.
